US Fish and Wildlife Service finds elevated dioxins levels in US national fish hatcheries

Partly in response to the recent article in the journal Science, the US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) has investigated levels of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs in salmon and trout from five federal hatcheries.  Elevated levels were found at a number of national fish hatcheries.
